READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE HERE:

Yes, I understand that the rules are strict and quite lengthy (to cover any questions), but ENR has survived over 2 years as a top ranked Naruto RP room thanks to these rules, so DO NOT whine or complain about them.


1. About Character Claims or Switching:
-Four weeks absence without notification to an admin will result in the loss of claim on that character.
-Any character that is already claimed (check the list in the room) means you can't use them.
-Only the person holding the character claim may use that certain character - respect that.
-Just because you ask for a canon character doesn't mean you'll get them. Your skill will be tested.
-If you can't RP a character you want, don't even bother to ask for them. It's stupid to do so.
-Do NOT constantly ask to drop or switch a character. I am tired of having to deal with this problem in ENR.


2. About Clans and Bloodlines:
-Certain bloodlines and clans, such as that of the Uchiha and Hatake, will NOT be permitted for various reasons.
-Do NOT make your original characters have blood ties to a canon character. Those will likely be declined.
-Check above the character creation form for a list of some clans or bloodlines that are (for sure) not usable.
-Also, note that certain techniques, like Gaara's Sand Coffin, are NOT allowed to be in use of your character.


3. About Character Creations:
-You will automatically begin at Genin rank, so do not ask to be in another rank if you're new to the room.
-Do NOT duplicate a canon character's information and simply change the name. This is not acceptable.
-This rule applies to copying another dA user's character form. We do NOT tolerate OC copyright thieves.
-Depending on your rank in the room, your Taijutsu, Genjutsu, and Ninjutsu will be limited to that certain level.
-This limitation includes the amount of elements you can use. See above the character fillout for more information.
-Specially created Kekkei-genkais and jutsus are allowed as long as it's described in FULL detail with weaknesses.
-Do NOT make your techniques too advanced or similar to a canon one however. Those will be declined.
-Adding in extra techniques during roleplay that were not submitted with your character form is NOT tolerated.
-Your race MUST be human. No unknown races or demon races are allowed to be placed on the form sheet.
-NO unknown demons, curse marks, or characters appearing unless accepted by Akatsuki-Kirei.
(Notice: Do NOT ask for curse seals or demons - They are not being accepted at this time.)
-Refusal to fill in information or leaving it at "unknown" or "secret" is not permitted.
-Please do not be lazy when doing the character form. It's long, I know, but it's to cover all needed information.


4. About Roleplaying:
-DO NOT ROLEPLAY IF YOUR CHARACTER HAS NOT BEEN CHECKED BY A KAGE!!! BE PATIENT IF YOU'RE WAITING!!!
-Roleplay is done is bold, so brackets [] or parenthesis () are unnecessary here, but you may use them.
-No god modding will be tolerated from anyone. It's lame and makes an RP not worth doing in the least.
-Killing another user's character without their permission (or to make a new character) is also prohibited.
-All characters MUST have 4 or more weaknesses in order to be fair - give your opponent a fighting chance.
-Weakness MUST be exposed during a battle with an opponent (at least two physical and two elemental).
-No using cheap jutsus, bloodlines, or weapons. This also includes bringing in things you did not previous have.


5. About the Room Rules:
-Do NOT spam in the room or you will likely be kicked. This rule sometimes doesn't apply if ENR is quiet.
-Posting another chatroom link in the room without permission is not allowed.
-Joining the room just to get other users to come roleplay in your own chat is not tolerated either.
-Links such as pictures, drawings, videos, or anything along those lines are permitted.
-If you have a nasty comment to say about someone else or who they like, don't bother saying it.
-If a fight occurs within the room, you will be warned before you get kicked out or silenced.
-Continuous use of bold outside of RP will result in either silencing, a kick, or a ban if continuous.
-ADD ME TO YOUR devWATCH! I'm telling you this so you'll KNOW when there are important updates to ENR.

6. About Summonings:
-You must be Sp-Jounin level or above to use the summoning jutsu.
-If there becomes an overload on a certain species of summoning, no more will be accepted.
-Abuse of summons will result in you loosing that certain summon.
-All summons must have a weakness to them, just like the shinobi themselves.
-You must give a good reason as to why you want a summoning for your character - lousy answers are declined.


7. About Character Limits:
Genin and Chuunin - E and D rank jutsus only
Sp-Jounin, Jounin, and ANBU - C and B rank jutsus permitted
Elites, Captains, and Assistants - B and A rank jutsus permitted
Sannins and Kages - A and S rank jutsus permitted
The 3 Demons of Legend - S+ rank jutsus, but under limitation

Genin (1 element only) - Wind, water, fire, or earth
Chuunin (2nd element available) - Wind, water, fire, or earth
Sp-Jounin (3rd element available) - Wind, water, fire, or earth
Jounin (4th element available) - Lightning, ice, wood, sand, or metal
ANBU and Elites (5th element available) - Lightning, ice, wood, sand, or metal
Sannin and Kage (All elements) - Light, darkness, sand, wind, fire, water, earth, wood, ice, lightning, and metal
Demons of legend (Surpassed elements) - This only concerns the three demons of legend

Note that you MUST have earth and water elements for plant or wood // fire and earth elements for sand // water and wind for ice // wind and fire for lightning. Also keep in mind that you are permitted to take a specialty in the medical field if that's what you desire for your OC.

Information About the Room:
The number of character limits is to allow for those who are trustworthy to play a wider range of characters, versus newcomers who still need improvement or have yet to show their skills. Also, it becomes monotonous if higher ups are only able to remain at one character, thus causing them to loose interest. It is this reason that we set these character limitations.

IMPORTANT - OC Copyrights: Stealing of any sort is NOT tolerated in Eternal Naruto Rp (ENR). If you want to base your character off another, please ASK the original user first. I DON'T take kindly to art thieves NOR will I be kind to OC thieves. Being as I am an OC creator myself, I UNDERSTAND it takes time to develop a character of your own. I've also experienced attempted thievery of my own highly prized character, Tsukinatsu (Uchiha) Kirei, so be RESPECTFUL of your fellow members and DON'T steal. Anyone caught violating this WILL be taken care of immediately, so I suggest you NOT even THINK about stealing. >.<; This includes using another's character within fan fiction, fan art, or role plays WITHOUT the original user's NOTIFICATION or CONSENT. So, please, don't be stupid enough to do it. -_-;
